Payment Options
Payment is expected the date of service and may be paid using Cash, Check or Charge using Visa, Mastercard or FSA / HSA cards.

Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits may be available
We encourage you to contact the (800) number on the back of your insurance card to see if your specific plan has Out-of-Network benefits and to learn a better understanding of how your deductible would apply. Some insurances offer excellent reimbursement using Out-of-Network benefits and others offer no reimbursement. PTP does accept payment using HSA and FSA credit cards as a means to offer some financial relief. If requested, Superbills (invoices) can be generated each visit to allow patients to directly submit claims to their insurance company.

Patients choose to attend PT using a CASH practice based on the reputation of the facility / provider. Please feel free to call us for details on these programs so that we can explain in further detail.
Motor Vehicle Accidents:
We are happy to provide care for patients involved in motor vehicle accidents, however, would pay cash directly for services and then self-submit to insurance company.
Workman’s Compensation:
We are unable to accept Workman's Comp patients at this time.
Please feel free to contact our office directly for further information, 410.884.4111.

Can we see MEDICARE PATIENTS?
Regrettably, we are no longer credentialed by Medicare and are unable to accept these patients at this time.

What our Customers Say
“Communication was excellent: my questions were all answered and the information I was given was very comprehensive and helpful. Barbara also outlined the future trajectory of treatment. I left with exercises to do at home after being monitored to ensure I was doing them correctly. I couldn't be happier after a negative experience with another practitioner.”
